Creative + Members Guide

This is your guide to navigate your profile & get the most of your membership!

In order to make any changes to your account you must sign in first. Remember you can always request a new password.

Membership Perks!

Don’t forget your perks! All Connect & Open Space Members have access to the following:

  • Listing on the Directory & Creative + App for referrals and easy communication

  • Access to online & in-person programming

  • Complimentary access to our Monthly Connects for you and a guest

  • Day Passes booking via the Creative + App

  • Daily Pass hours are 9:30am-7:30pm, M-TH and F 9:30am-5:30pm. Close at 5:30pm if there is an evening event.

  • 2 hours per month of “1:1” Member Meet-Ups with other members

  • Discounted space rental rates

    Make sure to read the Creative+ Monthly Emails & Member Emails to stay updated!

    We don’t believe in spamming, or over-emailing, so read them to keep in the know!

Profile Set-up

Sign in to set up your profile.

A brief description of yourself & or your business will be needed.

To change your password: Members Area > Manage Profile > About - select “Password Change.”

We encourage you to share your websites, social media or other links. Watch the video below for detailed instructions.

Who to Contact?

Info@creativeplusclub.com is our general email. Emails get distributed depending on the subject. Email here if you don’t know who to contact! Membership Roles

Contact: Admin@creativeplusclub.com for administrative or membership related questions.

Contact: Amanda@creativeplusclub.com for business-related inquiries.

Registering for Events

All members & guests must register for events.

Evening events: Registration closes at 4 PM on the day of the event.

Daytime events: Registration closes at 10 AM on the day of the event. 

Members may register for events via the app or the website. Website access will allow you to register a guest.

Once you sign in and complete the instructions below, your event will be posted on the website under “Member Events.”

Remember to have all your event information ready; including a picture.

Before you post an event, please read the rules below:

Events posted on the “Members Event” page will automatically be posted to the newsletter.

  • If you wish to provide a discount to members for an event or service, you can make a posting under “Member Offerings” - see below.

  • You may also email details about your event or service to Michael@creativepluslub.com for inclusion in a forthcoming newsletter.

  • At this time, we are not able to promote member events directly, unless hosted in collaboration with Creative+

  • Make sure to post your event in the Creative+ App News Feed where everyone can see it!

Newsletter Postings

If you would like your event listed in the newsletter, please make sure to add your event to the “Members Events” section of the website (instructions & a video found above). Alternatively, you may submit your information to Michael@creativeplusclub.com by the 15th of the month prior to the month of your event (ex: your event is July 6th, submit your information by June 15th).

Member Offerings

Members who want to share a discount for a service or event, please add a flyer to the “Member Offerings” Page.

Monthly Connect Registration

Once a month, members gather organically to network or enjoy anything going on at Creative+.

To register for our Monthly Connect, see below:

Through the website

To join the Monthly Connect with a guest, you must register through the website.

  1. Find the “Happenings” tab and click on “Calendar.”

  2. Scroll to find “Monthly Connect at Creative+” and select the date you’d like to join.

  3. Click “Register.” Here you can register yourself and your guest.

Through the app

  1. Make sure you are signed in on the app.

  2. Click on “Events.”

  3. Find and click “Monthly Connect at Creative+.”

  4. Click “Join” to register.

Member Meet-Up

As a perk of the membership, you are able to schedule a meet-up with another member for two hours per month @ Creative+ without utilizing a daily pass.

Remember to read instructions in regards to the space due to other members co-working.

If you need to meet for more than two hours, please reserve a room or obtain a daily pass.

Book only through the app:

  1. Make sure you are signed in on the app.

  2. Click on Rooms and select Member Meet-Up.

  3. Select the time and date you want to meet.

  4. Enter “Meet-Up” as the title and add attendee info.

  5. Click Book for free.

Guest Passes

Guest passes are available for all members. A guest pass is required for a member bringing a guest to Creative+ while co-working.

Guest passes are only for non-members can be utilized for up to one hour per visit.

Guest Passes are meant to be used while a member is using a Daily Pass, or an Open Space Member using one of their days.

A guest pass is not required if you are booking a room. If your guest is staying longer than one hour, please book a room.

Please read the instructions when bringing in your guest. Register through the app:

  • Make sure you are signed in on the app.

  • Click on “Shop.”

  • Find and click, “Guest Pass.”

  • Read Instructions.

  • Click “Order” and enter your guest information.
