What do you do professionally?
Simply put I am a vision integrator. Streamline Growth provides you with a fractional team to help small businesses scale quickly. Regardless if you need help in HR, Marketing, Sales or Operations, we have you covered. The first step is to understand what you want your business to look like "when it grows up" and then we start to work on the areas of your business that are slowing you down. Once we find the right process, we standardize it, help you recruit for the right candidates, onboard and train those new members and then exit.
What do you want to do (professionally and/or personally)?
I personally love helping people remove the day to day stress of business through my personal and professional experiences. My background allows for unique experiences to help others through difficult times. I once heard "Does it just take one person to believe in you, so you believe you can make it?" I want to be that person who believes in all of my clients so they have the motivation to succeed and power through the most challenging times.
Do you have any passion projects or ideas you want to explore with the Creative + Community?
I am currently fully immersed in my passion project. I never thought I would still be here 7 years later, and growing. Next passion project would allow for me to spend more time on me and my family, doing public speaking to help inspire others.
Who inspires you? Why?
Every client that I start to work with inspires me. I think it's really brave to leave the certainty of paid job, to start something that only existed in your vision. That is a big risk and deserves applauding. And additionally my parents. They've taught me so much in my lifetime from learning how to communicate, decision making, leadership and drive. I wouldn't be me if it weren’t for them.
Hobbies / Interests / Things that bring you joy:
My three kids and my husband. It always comes back to the four of them. No matter what I accomplish professionally, they are the thing that helps me stay focused and motivated. I love traveling the world with them and want to continue to give them all of these amazing experiences to remember
Greatest accomplishments:
Greatest accomplishment to date is helping my daughter thrive after devastating trauma. It was an extremely long 5 years of waves of emotions, fear and depression. Together my husband, my daughter and I fought for her life to get her the treatment she needed to thrive once again. We are so proud to say that she is graduating high school in a few weeks and is at peace again.
Future accomplishments:
Helping others with similar trauma. There are so few resources for kids and parents to help them recover and understand the effects of trauma. I would love to one day have a place that allows for additional resources to be accessible.
What excites you about being a Creative + Club Member?
I love having a place to meet and network with anyone Creative!
Best piece of advice you have ever been given:
Believe in yourself. And when you don't, believe in what others see in you.
Who is someone you want to collaborate with? Why?
I would love to collaborate with Gabby Bernstein. Her ability to inspire women through manifesting is something I admire.
What does your best life look like?
My business is thriving through other leaders who are helping me develop the scalable model.
